Running, for many, is the gateway to fitness. But you can run all the miles, lift all the heavy things and eat all the kale salads, but that may not be an accurate indicator of overall health. Runners have unique needs, (and let's face it--are a unique breed of persons), and after my own experiences with learning how to run, dieting, training and racing, I'm very familiar with the demands of the sport. Achieving wellness goals while running can be a challenge, but together, we can help you reach your goals. .
