Chocolate Cherry-Avocado Smoothie

When added to smoothies, avocados add a rich and luscious texture--in addition to a dose of healthy fats! (No banana needed!) And in this recipe, there are tons of added nutrition from three hidden veggies!

1 Serving


1 cup non-dairy milk
1 scoop your fave chocolate protein powder
1 giant handful spinach
1/2 cup frozen cherries (frozen strawberries, blueberries or mixed berries would work great)
1/3 cup steamed and frozen beets
1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
1/4 to 1/2 avocado
1t cacao nibs
1T cacao powder
Your favorite crunchy cereal.


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk or water if it's too thick for your liking. 

In the bottom of your glass, add your cereal. Pour smoothie over top and enjoy!
