1 egg
1T flaxseed meal
1T almond flour
3T brown rice flour
2T almond milk
1/2t vanilla extract
1/2t baking soda
1/4t cinnamon
dash cinnamon

Preheat your waffle iron.

In a small bowl, mash the banana. Add the egg and stir. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until just combined.

Grease your waffle iron and pour in the batter. Cook until golden brown.

Top with peanut butter, fruit, or whatever toppings you love!
