Healthy Blender Pancakes

Who loves pancakes?! These pancakes are made with everyday ingredients and make only one serving--perfect for a weekday breakfast!

Cooking Time

1 serving (About five flapjacks)


1/2 banana
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 cup oats (gluten-free if needed)
2T milk of choice
1/2t baking soda
1/4t cinnamon
dash of salt

Oil for greasing skillet


Pre-heat a skillet over medium-low heat, and preheat the oven to 250 degrees. 

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Grease the skillet, and by the scant 1/4 cup fulls, add some batter to the pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip. Place in warm oven. Repeat this process with remaining ingredients. 

Top with peanut butter, berries, granola...whatever you'd like!
