Peanut Butter Blueberry Banana Chocoalte Cups

These babies may be small, and have a long name, but they pack flavor and a healthful punch!

3T raw cacao powder
3T coconut oil, melted
1/2 banana 
1T peanut butter, divided
1/4 cup frozen blueberries


Mix the powder and melted coconut oil into a mixing bowl. Set out six mini silicon baking liners (paper ones would work, too). Drip a small amount of the chocolate mixture into each of the liners. Swirl it around a bit. Place in freezer to harden for five to 10 minutes.

While the cups are in the freezer, cut the banana into six coins--you may have a little leftover banana. 

Remove your liners from the freezer and place a banana coin into each one. Add 1/2 t of peanut butter, then top with two or three blueberries. Drizzle more chocolate mixture on top until the banana and peanut butter are covered. (The blueberries will show.)

Repeat with the remaining liners, and place all six in freezer. All to harden for at least 20 minutes.
