Secret-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothie

Adding frozen vegetables to smoothies is an easy way to boost nutrition and creaminess. Cauliflower is a very neutral vegetable--both in taste and color, but other frozen vegetables like spinach, broccoli or peas are also good additions. 




2 cups non-dairy milk

3 T hemp seeds

1 T protein powder of choice

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

3/4 cup blueberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 T cacao nibs

1 t maca (optional)

dash cinnamon 



Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk or ice if needed. Serve, slurp and enjoy!
