Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

This smoothie has three different veggies in it--and you'd never know!

2 Servings


2 cups almond milk or water
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/3 cup frozen beets
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup frozen zucchini
1T flaxseed meal
1T chia seeds
1/2 avocado
dash cinnamon + salt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more liquid to your liking.

Split into two servings and top with seeds, granola, nuts or dried cereal.
