Watermelon Limeade

Prep Notes

Cool off during the summertime with homemade watermelon limeade! It's made with simple ingredients, and does not have a lot of added sugar. It's a refreshing (and easy-to-make) treat on hot summer days and nights!

Cooking Time

Five Minutes

A Lot

5 cups ripe seedless watermelon, cubed
3 cups cold water
2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (can use lemon juice instead)
2T honey or maple syrup

Place the watermelon cubes into a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Place a mesh sieve over a bowl. Pour in the watermelon mixture and separate the pulp. You may need to use a spoon to stir to ensure all juice gets into the bowl.

In the blender, add the remaining ingredients. Blend. Pour the sweetened water into the watermelon juice and stir to combine. Transfer into a picture or container and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with lime wedges because you're fancy.
